Activation Information
To activate your DJI Care Enterprise Upgrade, your aircraft must currently have an active DJI Care Enterprise Basic plan or be within 15 days of its expiration. Following your purchase, a digital activation code will be delivered to your registered email address, typically within 14 days. Once received, visit the DJI Care official activation website, enter the upgrade code, and provide your aircraft's serial number to complete the binding process. Note that for the upgrade to be valid, both the service and the product must be purchased from the same country or region

- Balance of existing term. Extends protection to match the current end-date of the original Basic plan
- Renewal:
- Once upgraded, the plan follows "Plus" renewal protocols (up to 3 years total coverage).

- Replaces the fixed-count policy with a financial-limit-based policy.
