Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, severe weather, or industrial action.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT (VAT Registration Number: GB352634014). VAT and shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Change of Mind (Business Customers)

As a business customer, you do not have an automatic right to return goods simply because you have changed your mind. However, we may accept returns at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

  3. Pack the goods securely in their original packaging where possible

  6. Retain proof of postage until your refund or replacement has been processed

Where you have requested a replacement rather than a refund, we will dispatch the replacement goods within 5 business days of approving your return, subject to stock availability.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing.

Orders for custom-made goods, special orders, or goods ordered specifically to meet your requirements cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

Software, software licences, care packages, and service plans cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
