Activation Instructions
This is a digital product delivered via email activation keys. Please note the following binding requirements to ensure your coverage is valid:

Fulfilment: Your unique activation code and guide will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours to 14 working days.

72-Hour Window: To avoid a manual verification process, this plan should be bound to your Matrice 350 RTK within 72 hours of the aircraft's initial activation.

Manual Verification: If the 72-hour window has passed, you must record and upload a verification video via the DJI Service Portal for approval before the code can be bound.

Renewal Continuity: To maintain 24 months of continuous protection, this plan must be bound before any existing coverage expires.
Activation Information
DJI Care Enterprise Basic must be bound to your aircraft within the official activation window—typically 48 to 72 hours after first use, depending on the model. After your purchase is processed, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the process, visit the DJI Care official activation page, enter your code, and provide your aircraft's serial number. If you have missed the standard window, you can still apply by submitting a video verification to prove the device is in good working order.
