The H30T version features a thermal resolution of 1280 x 1024, which is four times the resolution of the older H20T. This clarity is indispensable for substation inspections where pinpointing a hot spot on a connector can prevent a catastrophic failure. If you are dealing with high-temperature environments, an optional infrared density filter can extend the temperature measurement range up to a scorching 1,600°C.
