Activation Information

DJI Care Enterprise Plus must be bound to your device within the standard activation window—typically when the product is brand-new and unactivated or has been activated for less than 15 days. Following your purchase, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the activation, visit the DJI Care official activation website, enter your code, and provide your product's 14 or 20-character serial number.

12 Months from the date of binding and activation.
Renewal:
Up to 3 years total if purchased and bound within 15 days of the current plan's expiry.
Coverage Type:
Comprehensive Accidental & Shared Pool. Covers impact damage, gimbal malfunctions, and manufacturing defects. Also includes one-time Flyaway coverage for a fixed fee.
Replacement Policy:
