Shared Coverage for Enterprise Fleets

One of the most powerful features of the Plus plan is the ability to pool coverage. If your organization operates multiple Matrice 4T units, you can combine the coverage limits of each aircraft into a centralized "Shared Pool." This ensures that a high-utilization unit can draw from the total organizational balance if it requires multiple services, maximizing the value of your protection investment across your entire fleet.

  • Shared Pool Capability: Purchase multiple Matrice 4T aircarft and bind them within 30 days of each other to create a collective coverage balance for your fleet.

  • £0 Deductible Replacement: For each replacement or repair, a fee equivalent to the damage assessment is deducted from your balance. There are no additional out-of-pocket fees per incident.

Activation & Binding Requirements

  • Standard Binding: This plan should be bound within 72 hours of the Matrice 4T's initial activation for seamless setup.

  • Video Verification: If the 72-hour window has passed, you can still activate the service by submitting a health verification video via the DJI Service Portal. Once approved, the service code can be bound to the aircraft regardless of its activation age.

  • Fleet Synchronization: To enable Shared Coverage, all aircraft must be bound to their respective Plus plans within a 30-day window of each other.

Activation Information

DJI Care Enterprise Plus must be bound to your device within the standard activation window—typically when the product is brand-new and unactivated or has been activated for less than 15 days. Following your purchase, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the activation, visit the DJI Care official activation website, enter your code, and provide your product's 14 or 20-character serial number.
