This allows high-utilization assets to draw from the collective organizational balance if multiple incidents occur, maximizing the value of your protection investment across your entire mapping fleet.

Activation & Binding Requirements

Standard Binding: Recommended within 72 hours of the Matrice 4E's initial activation.

Video Verification: If the 72-hour window has passed, you can activate the service by submitting a health verification video via the DJI Service Portal. Once approved, the service code can be bound to the aircraft regardless of age.

Shared Pool Synchronization: To enable Shared Coverage, all aircraft must be bound to their respective Plus plans within 30 calendar days of the first unit's activation and binding. Important: The binding entity information (DJI Account) must be consistent across the fleet.

Financial Overages: If a single repair or the cumulative cost of multiple incidents exceeds the balance, the user must pay the difference to receive further service.
Activation Information
DJI Care Enterprise Plus must be bound to your device within the standard activation window—typically when the product is brand-new and unactivated or has been activated for less than 15 days. Following your purchase, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the activation, visit the DJI Care official activation website, enter your code, and provide your product's 14 or 20-character serial number.
