Activation Information
DJI Care Enterprise Plus must be bound to your device within the standard activation window—typically when the aircraft is brand-new and unactivated or has been activated for less than 15 days. Following your purchase, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the activation, visit the DJI Care official activation website, enter your code, and provide your aircraft's 14 or 20-character serial number.
