Activation Information

DJI Care Enterprise Basic must be bound to your aircraft within the official activation window—typically 48 to 72 hours after first use, depending on the model. After your purchase is processed, you will receive a digital activation code via email, generally within 14 days. To complete the process, visit the DJI Care official activation page, enter your code, and provide your aircraft's serial number. If you have missed the standard window, you can still apply by submitting a video verification to prove the device is in good working order.

Plan Duration:
12 Months from the date of binding and activation.
Renewal:
Up to 3 years total if renewed before the current plan expires or within 15 days of its expiry.
Coverage Type:
Accidental Damage & Warranty. Covers impact damage, gimbal malfunctions, and manufacturing defects occurring during normal operations
Replacement Policy:
2 Replacement Units. Within the 12-month term, you are entitled to two replacement payloads if the original unit is damaged.
Maintenance Intervals:
Not Included. This is a protection and replacement plan.
Service Level:
Basic (Individual Coverage). This plan is hard-linked to a single Zenmuse V1 serial number and does not support shared pooling.
Turnaround Time:
DJI Care Express. Typically 7–10 Working Days in the UK from receipt of the damaged unit to the dispatch of a replacement.
