The DJI Care Enterprise Basic program offers flexible coverage options to suit your mission duration, including a standard 1-year plan with two affordable replacements or a Basic 2-Year Plan that provides up to four replacements over 24 months. In the event of an accident, you pay a small, fixed deductible to receive a unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. To ensure your hardware remains in peak condition, the plan also includes complimentary standard maintenance services for flagship models—one service for the 1-year plan and two for the 2-year plan. For long-term projects, coverage can be extended for up to a maximum of three years, providing an industry-leading protection window for your professional fleet.
